About our markets
The central undercover market is open Monday to Saturday every week as a six day market (opens new window), with additional market days on a Wednesday and Saturday as the two day market (opens new window). From May to October, an extra market day is held each Friday.
How do I apply for a market stall?
You can book a stall for the two day market using the Market Stall Application form. Our Market Fees are set out in the Fees and Charges PDF for the current year under Budgets and spending / Where can I find your budgeting information?
Can I have a stall to test a business idea?
If you would like to test a business idea on one of the stalls you should complete the application form. Existing market traders can refer to the Council's current Market Licence policy.
