Selective Licensing Scheme

Due to the current government lockdown, routine inspections of properties in the Selective Licensing area have been suspended. However, where it is identified that there may be imminent health risks to the tenant(s) of a property due to its condition, an inspection will be carried out in accordance with current government guidance.
