Equality, diversity and inclusion strategy

Summary

The Council's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy sets out the Council's commitment and priorities to further equality and inclusion within the community of Great Yarmouth and its workforce.

Together with the accompanying Equality action plan, it describes what the Council will do to remove and reduce barriers that may prevent some people from fully participating in the social, cultural, political and economic life of the borough. We want Great Yarmouth to be a borough that is fair and sustainable, ambitious, fun and creative for all.
