Use this form to notify us of a new business or tell us of a change of address for your business premises.
Information in this form is used as guidance only.
- The rateable occupation of a property is either:
- Occupying it
- Having a lease for it
- Owning it
- Liability to pay Business Rates normally rests with the occupier despite any agreement made between a landlord and tenant. Business Rates accounts will normally be sent to the occupier, not the landlord.
