Tricky Period - Supporting those in period poverty
If you're struggling to afford sanitary pads and panty liners then you can get them for free under the Tricky Period Scheme.
Great Yarmouth Borough Council has teamed up with Norfolk County Council's Library Service and other local partners to offer free sanitary products to women and girls in need within the borough.
Three simple steps:
- Pick up a free voucher at one of the collection points or watch out for them around town
- Hand in your voucher at one of the places listed below
- Pick up your free sanitary products - you won't be asked any questions or asked to fill in a form, but all the places that hand out the free items can help you with support
