Introduction
The Borough offers a wealth of sports and leisure facilities, parks and children's playgrounds. We are committed to creating a healthy, vibrant community with sport and physical activity playing an integral part. You can view our Cycle routes in the Borough, with seven leisurely routes, mostly run on roads and dedicated cycleways. The Norfolk Coast Partnership provides information on cycle routes in the county, including the Norfolk Coast walking and cycling trails (opens new window). Further information on walking and cycling routes in Norfolk can also be found on the Norfolk Trails interactive map (opens new window).
How can I get involved in promoting cycling across the Borough?
There is a local Cycle Forum that meets to encourage and promote cycling and to influence policy, and is involved in the implementation and design of many cycle schemes across the Borough. The forum always welcomes new members.
