Gambling premises licence

Complete and send back a premises licence application form together with a notice of application (single applicants) or notice of application (more than one applicant) along with a plan of the premises and the appropriate fee.

You must also:

• serve the appropriate notice of application on all of the Responsible Authorities
• arrange for a notice of publication to be advertised in one of the local papers (Great Yarmouth Mercury or Great Yarmouth Advertiser) and send a copy of the published advert to us
• display a completed notice of application at your premise
