Great Yarmouth Market Place
Introduction to the new Market Place development
Great Yarmouth has been a market town since at least the early 11th century and has recently been redeveloped to offer for market traders a unique place to operate from. Phase One of the new six-day undercover market opened in the Spring of 2022.
New units under the architecturally-striking canopy have been designed to ensure the market is more inviting to customers and complements the historic setting.
The centrally located market has welcomed new and existing traders and is poised to greet further traders with Phase Two, which is now completed. The Market Place offers customers an array of products and services including fresh produce, hot and cold food, flowers, crafts, clothing and of course the famous Great Yarmouth chip stalls.
All of Phase Two's stalls of the new Market Place have been provisionally let, however if you would like to be added to a waiting list we would like you to register your interest and share details of your offering by completing our application form.
