Information Requests Charging Policy

Summary

This charging policy defines Great Yarmouth Borough Council's policy on charging for requests made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and will be used as the basis for any calculations for dealing with requests under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

It will also be used for the basis of any calculations for dealing with Subject Access Requests as defined as a request made under section 45 Chapter 3 part 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018. It will be applied throughout the council.

The policy incorporates the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
