Report a missed bin collection

Use this form to report a bin that has not been emptied on the due date and to arrange re-collection by Great Yarmouth Services Ltd.

In order to assist with any investigation you will need to confirm when and where you put out your bin, and which collection was expected.
Note: bins may be picked up throughout the morning depending on conditions - please do not report a missed bin collection before 2pm on your day of collection.
