Planning and building control data

This page contains raw planning and building control data in tabular and geographic formats. The page is under continuous development and new data will be added when available. The data constitutes exports from the Council's back office systems and is not further validated for completeness or accuracy. No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the data made available and any actions taken as a result of information on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.

The online planning search contains most planning applications dating back to 1995.
