Housing adaptations

Housing adaptations support people in Great Yarmouth with a disability, long-term illness, visual impairment or mobility problems to live safely and independently at home. 

Please use this form if you believe you would benefit from an adaptation to your home. You will be eligible for a triage call if you live in Great Yarmouth, regardless of whether you own your own home or not.

• if you own your home or are a private tenant, you may be eligible to apply for a Disabled Facilities Grant
• if you are an eligible council tenant, the Council will fund these works
