Free parking available while work is underway at Market Place car park in Great Yarmouth
As part of major improvements to the Market Place in Great Yarmouth, the car park will be closed for three days for re-lining works.

The work means the Market Place car park will be closed from 8am on Monday, July 21, and will re-open at 5pm on Wednesday, July 23.
To minimise disruption, free parking will be available at alternative car parks close by. Three car parks at Fullers Hill, King Street and Brewery Plain in the town centre will be free to use from Monday, July 21, until 5pm on Wednesday, July 23.
Councillor Carl Smith, leader of Great Yarmouth Borough Council, said: ''We are sorry for any inconvenience these works may cause, but refreshing the line markings is necessary and will provide a much-improved car park for residents and visitors.
''The Market Place has seen such impressive improvements with new paving, seating, lighting and planting. Upgrading the car park is an important piece of the jigsaw and will complement the welcoming environment for shoppers in the town centre and those visiting the market and new library and learning hub at The Place.''
The work - which involves clearly marking out the bays rather than asphalting over existing cobbles - is being carried out by Tarmac on behalf of the council and clear signage will be in place to assist drivers.
