Annual Business Rate Payers meeting - Tuesday 17th Feb at 9am
Great Yarmouth Businesses and Voluntary Sector Representatives will have the opportunity to engage directly with borough council representatives at a dedicated meeting designed to outline the council's Budget for the forthcoming year.
The annual Business Ratepayers' Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 17 February 2026 at 09:00, and will be held in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall. This gathering provides a valuable forum for local business owners to gain insight into the proposed budget and to contribute their perspectives on the council's financial priorities for 2026/27.
Business rates themselves are determined nationally, based on the rateable value of business properties and a multiplier set annually by central government.
