Homelessness - Duty to Refer

Great Yarmouth Borough Council would encourage you to speak to the Housing Options Team, on 01493 846140 before a referral is made.

Before you make the referral 

• You must have the person's consent
• You must allow the service user to identify the housing authority in England which they would like the notification to be made to
• You must have the consent from the service user that their contact details can be supplied so the housing authority can contact them.
