European Parliamentary Election - results from Great Yarmouth counting area

The count took place on Sunday, May 26 of the votes cast in the Great Yarmouth counting area of the Eastern Region for the European Parliamentary Election - view  statement of results for Great Yarmouth (PDF) [76KB] (opens new window) . The Great Yarmouth turnout was 21,950 from an electorate of 69,937, which gives a local percentage turnout of 31.4%

Great Yarmouth is one of 45 local authority areas in the Eastern Region whose local verification figures and results are feeding into the overall result and turnout for the region, coordinated at Chelmsford. Results have been published for the overall result for the Eastern Region, and can be compared with the results from the 2014 European Parliamentary Election.
