Gorleston Seafront Masterplan

The Council has adopted the Gorleston seafront masterplan (PDF) [1MB] (opens new window)  to set out an aspirational framework for its seafront, with the purpose of guiding new investment and improvement opportunities that help protect and enhance the uniqueness of the area, now and for the future.

The Council is also in the process of preparing the Great Yarmouth Seafront Masterplan and expects to publish a draft for consultation during 2023.
