YOUNG visitors to Gorleston seafront will have a new fun and safe wet play attraction to enjoy this summer - as Great Yarmouth Borough Council starts work to build a splashpad.

Cllr Mary Coleman is to become the mayor of the Great Yarmouth borough in the 2018/19 municipal year, having served previously as both mayoress and deputy mayor.
