How we will use your data: We will use your personal information for the purposes of the provision of the Council's Handyperson and Forget Me Not Services. The processing of this information is necessary for the Council to undertake actions within a contract a defined under Article 6(1)(b) of the UK General Data Protection Regulations, i.e. the processing is necessary for the Council to perform a task in relation to the contract we have with you for provision of services you have requested.
Data Sharing: Your data will be used for this specific purpose although your details will be shared between Council departments and other agencies where there is lawful authority to do so.

How long we hold your data:Your personal information is required to be kept for the current year in which you request the service plus 3 years. We will only use your data within the terms of data protection laws. We will review dates for keeping personal data in the future and if necessary, update these privacy notices.
