Key to the headings in the CSV files of spending over £250
Heading	Description
Expense code	The internal code we use to categorise the type of spending
Date	The date the transaction took place
Transaction number	Included if you wish to make a freedom of information request
Amount	Amount paid in sterling (£) - does not include VAT
Capital or revenue	Identifies whether the spending was one off or day-to-day
Supplier name	Identifies the recipient of the spending
