Public Contracts 'performance of Payments data up to 31 March 2026

Payments Compliance notice in line with the Procurement Act 2023

From 1 October 2025 authorities are required to publish bi-annual payment performance data within 30 days of the end of each period closing.

The payment statistics incorporate all payments made by the Authority, not just those cover by the Act (i.e. not just public contracts) and the data has been signed off by the section 151 officer.

The data shown below covers from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026.

Prior to 1 October 2025, payment performance data was published in line with the Public Contracts Legislation 2015. The requirement for to publish the late payment liability interest is no longer required.
