Better Care Fund & Disabled Facilities Grant Locality Plan 2019/20
This locality plan has been jointly developed by Great Yarmouth Borough Council, Norfolk County Council and Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG in response to the BCF/DFG allocation for 2019/20 and in accordance with the BCF guidance.
Social Landlord Service: Adaptations Policy
The Adaptation policy for council tenants sets out the council's approach to the provision of aids and adaptations for GYBC tenants, who are eligible to receive them, and how they will be delivered.
