When developments with affordable home ownership units are available (or will soon be available) in the Great Yarmouth Borough, the site location and contact details will be listed here and with the relevant provider.

You need to complete an online application form (opens new window) to join the Council's Housing Register for affordable housing, including affordable home ownership.

If the property is part of a developer's contribution, there may be additional eligibility criteria to meet.
