Who we are: Great Yarmouth Borough Council (the Council), Town Hall, Hall Plain Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 2QF, 01493 856100, is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
How we use your information: We will use your personal information for the purposes of the provision of the Council's Environmental Services. The processing of this information is necessary for the Council under its legal obligations as defined under Article 6(1)(c) of the UK GDPR i.e. the processing is necessary for the Council to perform a task in order to comply with the law.
Data Sharing: The data you provide in this form will be shared within Great Yarmouth Borough Council and other agencies where there is lawful authority to do so.
Retention: Your information will be kept strictly confidential and will be stored securely by the Council. We will hold your information for 6 years from the date of application after which time it will be securely deleted.
