Open Space Strategic Environmental Assessment screening report

Summary

This screening report is designed to test whether or not the contents of the Open Space Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) requires a full Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA). 

The screening assessment is presented in two parts:

1. assesses whether the SPD constitutes a 'plan or programme' that requires SEA under the Regulations
2. considers whether the SPD is likely to have a significant effect upon the environment
