We are entering a period of significant change, with Local Government Reorganisation on the horizon. These roles are central to ensuring our Council is ready for the future. As Head of Organisational Development, you will shape a refreshed People Strategy, lead a high-performing HR team, and support cultural change that ensures our workforce is prepared, motivated, and at the heart of everything we do. As Head of Transformation and Digital, you will lead organisational transformation, embedding modern, agile, and customer-focused ways of working, using digital innovation to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes across the Council.

Both roles provide the chance to work closely with our Executive Leadership Team, influence strategic decisions, and deliver visible impact across the borough. Head of Transformation and Digital

As our new Head of Transformation and Digital, you will be the strategic lead for organisational transformation across the council. Your remit will go far beyond technology, focusing on service redesign, process improvement, cultural change, and new ways of working, while using digital innovation as a key tool to deliver and sustain that change.

Head of Organisational Development

This role is central to ensuring our people are at the heart of that journey. As Head of OD, you will provide the leadership, strategic direction, and professional expertise to ensure our workforce is ready for the future.
