We have an area housing office where a team of staff are based to deal with any tenancy-related issues including environmental issues such as cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking.

All rent enquiries and payments should be made to the Rent Income Team based at the Novus Centre.

To request a repair in any area, please contact repairs.

Each area office has a telephone for customers to contact other services including:

• rent enquiries
• customer services
• housing options
• automated payment line

All offices are open from 9am-4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Every Wednesday the offices open an hour later at 10am, closing at 4:30pm.
