A document providing planning guidance for coastal communities in East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth and North Norfolk has been formally adopted.

This year marks the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the devastating floods of 1953 during which over 300 people lost their lives and the 10th anniversary of the 2013 East Coast Tidal Surge when many hundreds of homes and businesses were flooded.
