Friday 7 June marks the opening of the Great Yarmouth Arts Festival by Lady Clare Agnew, the High Sheriff of Norfolk. The following day the Carnival Procession will commence from the Waterways and process through the town and will be led by the Mayor. Joining the parade will be visitors from Rambouillet some of whom are exhibiting paintings and photographs in the Minster.
