Suitably experienced and qualified suppliers are invited to tender for the provision of project management and quantity surveying services working to re-imagine Winter Gardens heritage horizon project following receipt of permission to start the delivery phase for Great Yarmouth Borough Council.

Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) is seeking proposals from suitably experienced Evaluation Consultants interested in working on the Winter Gardens Project of The National Lottery Heritage Fund (The Heritage Fund) Heritage Horizons Delivery Phase predicted to be from April 2024 to February 2029.

Great Yarmouth Borough Council are seeking delivery partners to help deliver activities as part of the restoration of the Winter Gardens, "re-imagining the people's palace". There are three strands of work organisations or groups can bid for. The deadline for submission is 5pm June 7th 2024.

The Council is seeking a delivery partner to help deliver an in-bloom improvement scheme in Gorleston, building on previous funded work in the Bandstand Gardens and continuing to improve the appearance and condition of a variety of locations in Gorleston High Street. Funding for this project is provided by UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) programme.

This grant will fund a single organisation to provide independent chairing, secretariat support, meeting hosting, basic communications, and knowledge exchange activity for a two-year period.
