Complete our online Discretionary Housing Payment application.

It is important that you provide evidence to support your application so a decision can be made without further delays.

You will need to provide the following when submitting your application:

• Your recent Universal Credit award breakdown if you are in receipt of Universal Credit.
• Proof of your outgoings and any existing debts you may have (this can include rent arrears).
• Evidence you feel may support your application, eg a letter from your doctor, care worker or support worker.
• Proof of your last two monthly bank statements that you or your partner may hold.
