How do I register for OPENPortal if I am not a resident of the Borough?
Non-residents (or customers that only have a Sundry Debt account with the Council) should sign up to view their Sundry Debt account.
After successful registration, you will be sent a user ID and password via email. This will enable you to log in to OPENPortal (opens new window) to view your account.
