Improving our digital services for residents and businesses

Great Yarmouth Borough Council's main public website will be temporarily unavailable on Wednesday 2 March 2022 due to planned maintenance work.

The work will introduce new functionality, and improve usability and accessibility across the website. There will be some changes to the site navigation, but existing links should continue to work after the update.

Our My Account, planning, and committee pages are expected to remain available during the work.

The majority of the work will take place in the early hours, but the site may also be offline during the working day. If you need help during this period, you can contact the Council's customer service team by emailing or calling free on 0808 196 2236.

The Council apologises for the interruption to our digital services.
