When will I receive my business rates bill?
Future rateable values for non-domestic properties, that come into effect on 1 April 2026, will be published before 31 December 2025. Once published, you will be able to see details about these valuations on your Business Rates Valuation Account, or through the Find a Business Rates Valuation Service on GOV.UK.
Your business rates bill for the year 2026 - 27 will be issued in March 2027.
