17.Stress risk assessment

1. 17.1.The Council may ask employees to undertake a Stress Risk Assessment, particularly in cases of work-related stress. This is a supportive measure in order for the line manager and HR to understand any stressors affecting the employee, and what can be done to support them, and improve their stress levels.
