Social Landlord Service: Rechargeable repairs policy

Great Yarmouth Borough Council recognises the importance of operating an effective repairs service, and is committed to ensuring its properties and neighbourhoods are maintained to a high standard, and that any repairs for which the Council are responsible as a landlord. This Repairs Policy provides details of repairs the Council are responsible for and the timescale for completion, as well as repairs which are the tenant's responsibility.
