North Quay prospectus

Summary

Great Yarmouth Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a Development Partner to develop a prime mixed-use gateway site which sits in close proximity to the town centre.

North Quay is an outstanding waterfront development opportunity. This 10 acre (4 hectare) site will be an integral part of the transformation of the town, forming a new neighbourhood and gateway linking the rail station to the historic market place.

Initially, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from developers with the skills, ingenuity and capacity to deliver this mixed use development opportunity, in line with the principles set out in the adopted North Quay - Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) and outlined in this prospectus.
