We have a range of skilled and trained Case Workers, who are the first point of contact when getting in touch with the Great Yarmouth Community Hub.
Our team of Case Workers are highly trained in the support available to you locally and will ask a collection of questions to understand your situation to determine the best way to offer you support. They will always try to make sure that you are able to access any services and help which can improve your situation.
We also have a Case Worker based at our MESH Community Drop-in Centre, accessible for anyone who would prefer to get in touch face-to-face.
