Crisis and Resilience Fund
Norfolk County Council has announced its new Crisis and Resilience Fund. This is a multi-year programme designed to provide rapid help, while building longer term financial resilience for residents across the county.
Support includes but is not limited to:
- provide free training to help you get back into work or get a better paid job
- help you if you struggle with addiction
- heating oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas)
- water
- essential household goods
- essential transport related costs
- food
The fund will replace the national Household Support Fund from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.
