Filby Neighbourhood Plan (Review)

An independent examiner, Mr Edward Cousins was appointed to examine the Filby Neighbourhood Plan Modification Proposal. The examiner will test whether the neighbourhood plan meets the five basic conditions as set out in paragraph 11 of Schedule A2 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Examination of the Neighbourhood plan commenced in July 2026.
