If you wish to carry out any alterations to your leasehold property, you need to fill in an Leasehold Alterations Application Form (PDF, 167 KB)(opens new window) and return to the leasehold officer who will record this and forward it to the asset management team to process. You will be notified within a reasonable time of the decision and, if approved, permission will last for 12 months.
