7. Tenancy Support Visits

1. 7.1. Regular tenancy support visits are undertaken in tenants homes. These are delivered to identify any tenancy or wellbeing concerns and enables officers to work with tenants to deliver or facilitate interventions to support tenancy sustainment and wellbeing.
2. 7.2. All tenants are visited every three years with more frequent visits scheduled where there is:
   • significant welfare concern or wellbeing issue
   • major breach of tenancy property conditions
   • three or more minor breaches of tenancy property conditions
3. Tenants occupying sheltered housing homes and general needs tenants with fixed term tenancies are visited annually.
