*Upon application, a fee of either £735.00 or £730.00 will be due to cover the cost of initial administration and property inspection. Upon a licence being issued, a further fee of £335.00 will be due to cover mid-term administration and inspection.
Variation of a licence should be applied for directly from Great Yarmouth Borough Council, as the Home Safe Scheme is only processing new and renewal applications. The charge for variation is £33.00.
